Project Intent
To develop a deeper narrative for our ‘Sport Changes Everything’ campaign, the NYC creative team dove into neighborhood-focused stories that put the viewer in the center of a community to understand the impact sport has on ones life, young and old.
Each year, we look to place a unique twist in storytelling on our legacy basketball tournament, NY vs. NY. This year was especially beautiful to tap into community leaders, underground players, and female hoopers to share what Basketball has done for them; how it has changed their lives and ultimately their communities.
The body of work became a 5-part series of community-driven films with multiple cutdowns for various digital paid ad placements.
